THE HEALING
POWER OF ART

Engaging Millennial Minds // Series 4

Creative activities are therapy for the mind. Whether it’s writing, sewing, playing music, or painting, a creative outlet can improve your mental clarity.

Creativity can reduce your stress and quell anxiety, increase and renew your brain function, and improve your mood. Art also enhances the communication between different parts of your brain, which is vital for preventing cognitive deterioration. These mental and emotional benefits play a huge role in achieving long-term wellness.

Join us to learn about the role art can play in health, wellness, and managing stress, plus enjoy an art workshop with oil and chalk pastels as well as a full watercolour experience.
