YOU’RE INVITED
Join us on December 2nd for the sixth annual Women’s Brain Health Day, take the Stand Ahead® Challenge, and support crucial research on the effects of social media and device addiction on youth mental health.
The habits we form in our youth play a critical role in shaping the resilience of our minds as we grow older.
Starting young and fostering resilience can lead to extraordinary outcomes, as you’ll hear first-hand from Jennifer Botterill, a three-time Olympic hockey gold medallist and one of the most accomplished athletes of our time.
With Pooja Handa, Christine Simpson, and Brenda Dee.
Plus… Hear from Dr. Viviane Poupon and Dr. Emma Duerden, special guests, challenge your brain and more!
For the 2024 Stand Ahead Challenge, we will raise funds for comprehensive research into children’s social media and device addiction and its impact on their mental health.
Stigmas around mental health persist, particularly for women and children. WBHI supports children’s mental health research because women, as primary nurturers, influence the mental health of future generations. By investing in early research, we aim to enhance lifelong brain health for both women and the children we nurture.
The first $250,000 raised will be matched by Brain Canada!
